Creative Facilitator

Do you love creativity, learning, and connecting with people? We're building a small team of Creative Facilitators to help host and lead jewelry-making experiences for groups in our community. These gatherings are designed to remove barriers to creativity and help people reconnect with play, curiosity, and making with their hands. Jewelry is the medium. Creativity and connection are the mission.
This is a part-time, contract-based role ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, encouraging others, and creating welcoming environments where people can explore their creativity.

Responsibilities
What you'll Do
- Help host and facilitate small-group jewelry-making experiences
- Guide participants step-by-step in creating simple jewelry pieces
- Create a warm, encouraging, and inclusive environment
- Assist with setup, instruction, and cleanup during events
- Represent the spirit of creativity, curiosity, and connection
Most events will take place in the evenings, with occasional daytime workshops. An event calendar will be shared in advance so facilitators know what to expect.
No Jewelry Experience Needed
Training details
Facilitators will participate in a 3-week training program designed to teach jewelry-making skills and how to guide others through the creative process.
Training Schedule
3 weeks total/ two days per week
Through hands-on instruction in jewelry design and fabrication, you'll gain creative skills that can be used for a lifetime.
$20 per hour for all facilitated events
